Miller® Venture™ 150 T Battery Welder with Two 400Wh Batteries,Charger and TIG Kit 951000257
The Miller® Venture™ 150 T #951000257 is a 160 amp battery-powered TIG welder that comes complete with two 400Wh (watt-hour) batteries, charger and TIG contractor kit. It is capable of up to 160 amps of DC TIG welding output and 150 amps of DC stick output. TIG welding features include High Frequency and Lift-Arc™ TIG welding arc starts, pulsed-TIG, integrated gas valve, adjustable preflow/postflow and flow-through Dinse® connection. The included RMS-6M remote control connects through the 6-pin remote receptacle on the machine’s front panel. Stick welding features include Miller’s Hot Start™, which provides better arc starts and helps prevent your electrode from sticking to the workpiece. The Venture also handles E6010 stick electrodes with ease.
The Venture 150 T weighs only 27 pounds, with battery attached – making it the lightest battery welder in its class. The removable, rechargeable battery reaches 95% charge in as little as 30 minutes. It has a life of up to 1,000 charging cycles with proper care.
This Venture 150 T package comes complete with two batteries, battery charger, 10 ft. lead cable with electrode holder, 10 ft. ground with clamp, TIG torch kit with gas flowgauge regulator and hose, shoulder strap and Miller’s True Blue® 3 year warranty.![]()

Features
Lightweight and packed with power, the Venture™ 150 T battery TIG welder allows you to be more nimble on the job. Less equipment to carry — more time to weld.
Battery chemistry and cell design are engineered specifically for high power applications like welding.
Battery management software protects the battery and allows it to operate optimally throughout a range of conditions.
Fast charging (from 0 to 95% in <30 minutes) enables a quick charge time and throughput with the flexibility of standard charging (<60 minutes) for extended life.
Batteries are lightweight and swappable, so users can weld anywhere.
Over 1,000 charge cycles under typical use cases and with proper care.
For non-contact arc initiation that reduces tungsten and material contamination.
Provides arc starting that minimizes contamination of the tungsten electrode without the use of high-frequency.

DC pulse welding waveshape is changed to create a slower, more fluid transition between the background and peak amperage, resulting in lower audible noise.
Eliminates the need for a bulky 2-piece torch with a gas valve.
Superior stick arc performance even on the difficult-to-run electrodes like E6010.
Adaptive control provides positive arc starts without sticking.
Power source cooling system operates only when needed, reducing noise, energy use, and the amount of contaminants pulled through the machine.
Helps prevent machine damage in light industrial applications.
A simple design that reduces the open-circuit voltage to 12-16 volts when the welding power source is not in use. Can be enabled or disabled. Some jobs require this.
detects if the electrode is stuck to the work piece and turns the welding output off to safely and easily remove the electrode.

NOTE: This is a DC welder ONLY. It CANNOT weld aluminum.
